  Established in 1994, Saint Louis MHB is an independent government taxing authority administering two special property taxes: the Community Mental Health Fund and the Community Children’s Services Fund. Jennifer Morgan

Senior Project Director - Information Services

Jennifer joined the MHB staff in February 2012. As the Senior Project Director – Information Services. Ms. Morgan primarily oversees grantee reporting, the grants management system and grantee portal, data analysis and outcomes monitoring, and training to staff and grantees on these processes.
